SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

You will receive an email or text message confirmation with a tracking number once Luxurylash Goddess has shipped your order.

 

If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Junk mail.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. We are not responsible for updating an incorrect address or changing an order once placed. Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be shipped. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered. 

 

Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Luxurylash Goddess is not responsible for any lash trays that are cracked, or any other items that might be damaged during shipping.

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Luxurylash Goddess is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local post office or UPS to file a claim if you do not receive your order.
